All orders must be either pre-paid, or include an institutional purchase order, or
an order on institutional letterhead. Orders may be faxed to (203) 227-0840.

SALES
The DVDs here are priced for both "Institutional" sales and "Home Use" sales.

"INSTITUTIONAL" EDUCATIONAL SALES
"Institutional Sales" are for educational, non-paying Public showings in;
classrooms, libraries, Native American Nations, community organizations.
The price of the sale includes the price of the "Public Performance License" which allows it to be shown
"on-site" by the purchasing institution that is, within the building or territory
(such as college campus or Native Nation). The "Public Performance" license does not include;
advertised public showings, broadcast over television or any other method of electronic delivery,
or the right to transform any part of the video.
Admission may not be charged.
Only DVDs licensed from us directly may be used for Public Performance.

"HOME USE" SALES
Titles sold for home use do not include a public performance license.
They are just like videos sold by video and retail outlets as they may be shown
only in Purchaser's private home.

PURCHASE
Purchase effectively means "lifetime lease" for the life of the exact DVD purchased.
Purchase is in accordance with license terms on invoice.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All orders are shipped by FedEx or UPS. Please add $10.00 Shipping and Handling
for each title ordered for domestic use.

COPYRIGHT
All of our titles are fully protected by U.S. and International Copyright,
and other laws which provide for civil and criminal penalties.
No DVD/Video or any part thereof may be used for commercial purposes, broadcast,
altered, rented, loaned, sublicensed, sub-leased, or duplicated in any way without
the express written agreement from Cinnamon Productions, Inc.
